For many years, a group of friends have had a tradition of going on a long weekend trip with their kids to an idyllic campsite on the Danish island of Bornholm. It's a place where you can slow down, catch your breath and get a new perspective on life. But that’s not quite the case this time. An incident between the children at the beginning of the trip causes friction and develops into a heightened conflict between the characters. Determining the truth of what happened ends up being much more difficult than you’d think, and mutual grudges, deep-seated frustrations and intractable differences of opinion all come to the surface. This vacation is definitely not very relaxing... Anna Kazejak's film deals with issues of identity at a time when long-established archetypes are losing their relevance. A relationship crisis, communication problems, breaking free from other people's expectations – these are all problems that the current generation of 40-year-olds has to face in this intriguing dramedy, written for an ensemble of striking and unique voices.
